Love is in the air in Dubai

We all know we’re pretty spoilt here in the UAE, with an abundance of five star resorts, and the latest, greatest, newest , biggest, shiniest, most unique experiences constantly being showcased, and that is why we’re looking forward to Valentines Day in Dubai. It doesn’t have to be expensive, but there is so much on offer here, it certainly shouldn’t be a dull occasion.

We’ve rounded up some of the most diverse Valentines Day experiences we’ve seen so far:

Checking out a live Abba tribute band in the rooftop gardens of Wafi with a delicious picnic basket and wine.

You can keep your creativity flowing and do something a bit more artistic with Iris Dubai’s Wine and Paint night, where couples receive a canvas, expert guidance, drinks and cake and draw the evening of their choice.

If you’re looking for something a bit more high-flying, SeaWings Dubai is offering some great Valentines packages, which include luxurious scenic flights, chocolates, roses and options of dinner at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club or stays at Al Maha.

If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground (or deck), there are a number of water based options, from hiring your own abra and driver on Dubai Creek on the day, to booking yacht cruises with food, drinks and music around Dubai Marina and the coastline. Check out Xclusive Yachts for some ideas.

If that’s all a bit too stressful, you and your beau could unwind together by indulging in a special couples massage. Sheraton MOE are one of the many hotels to be offering a special Valentines couples massage package to mark the occasion.

There are plenty of other options out there, we’ll share our pick of the restaurants and bars next week. Just remember ladies, that at the end of the day, it’s not about the location, view or pricetag, it’s all about spending quality time with your partner and celebrating your love for each other.

Ok, enough of the cheesy words, the Valentines marketing messages are clearly getting to me, so until next week, signing out.

Lots of love

Sam
